At The BNKR, we’re pretty adverse to the word ‘diet’. No fads, no quick solutions, and certainly no cabbage soup diets. Instead we’re simply passionate about good food and simple nutrition.

We offer one-to-one nutrition consultation, whether face-to-face or online, meal plans during your stay at The BNKR or simply just come and enjoy some tasty, fresh and balanced food whilst listening to the waves of the Indian Ocean and the swaying of the palm trees.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Meet with a Precision Nutrition qualified coach to help you construct a personalised, habit-based and sustainable nutrition plan! Good Nutrition is all about building good habits and our expert staff can get you going in the right direction. We don’t like scales, weighing food or full body composition machines. Instead we take a holistic approach and teach you how to tune into your body and listen to its cues.

WILD NUTRITION - Paleo, Vegan and Local Eating

At the BNKR we believe that local and seasonal food is a great place to start when it comes to delicious and healthy eating. We also appreciate that there is no ‘One way' to eat and that people eat in different ways due to food intolerances, cultural, ethical reasons and performance purposes. We cater to Vegan, Paleo, Keto and Gluten free eating and understand that although everyone is different, everyone can benefit from high quality food.

EATING SCIENTIFIC

Quality of nutrition is certainly our first go-to when talking with clients about nutrition, however if you want to lose or gain weight it’s important that you eat the right amount of that good food. Tracking your calories and understanding what Macronutrients do and how to portion them out based on your body-type can get you to your goals amazingly quickly but can be daunting. Our tasty BNKR meal plan will help kick start your journey and make eating well easy, plus we’ll give you a tool box of tips and tricks, and some basic education on the science of eating and habit creation, so when you head home you won’t fall back into the old habits.
