Calisthenics in Sri Lanka

Gymnastics, calisthenics, bodyweight training, wild fitness…however you like to label it, our Calisthenics training focuses on strength exercises that use body weight for resistance with minimal or no equipment. It is exercise in its most natural form, being able to perform almost anywhere, anytime, and incorporating a sense of “play” back into fitness.

We incorporate Calisthenics into our group sessions, where you get the chance to learn how to do a handstand from beginner all the way through to the handstand walk and pushups. Learn the steps to master the human flag, muscle-ups, and backflips. But essentially, all the exercises we focus on will help to tone and build lean muscle and improve your endurance. It is exercise in its most natural form.
